The cold boot is not the same on all xbox console. One Console takes 1 minute and other one takes 30 seconds. Overall OS Perfomance = minor improvement. Game perfomance vs external ssd = minor improvments. So it is not worth to upgrade the internal hdd. I downgraded my xbox one x 1 month ago and it is really not much perfomance loss.
