Mortal lives are a litany of despair and treachery, only wrath can see you through the darkest days. The main thing in the DLC is the Mammoth missions, which you may get for free with the game anyway. The "perks" simply give you extra crafting materials in the 3 various catigories.
Location: The mission marker is located far to the east of the central lake, on the mountain east of Tushwarha Outpost. To reach the remote marker, climb the long vine southwest of the marker and southeast of the sabretooth symbol. Grapple up the massif and transfer the grapple to reach a high pasture thick with foraging mammoth.

Location: The mission marker is located in the far eastern side of Oros, northeast of Piki Meat Outpost in the cold country. The Wenja woman at the marker says that Udam invaders are killing and eating captured Wenja. The secondary marker is found due south of the first, where you are informed that Udam hunters are taking Wenja as a food source.
Go to the snowier areas of the map, and throw some bait around. This will either get you a wolf to kill, or a snow leopards. they spawn in some random places though. i found a snow leopard in the middle of the lake in rhino territory once.
2. Both cave bears make terrible pets compared to Bloodfangs. Mostly because of their size. and dying alone while crashing in obstacles . Unless you find an open battle zone so they make good tanks. Speed of sabretooths makes em better than other pets 9 times out of 10 for any role.
